What data we process
- Contact information: name, email, phone — only if you provide it yourself in the contact form or volunteer application.
- Donation data: name, amount, purpose of the donation — processed by the bank; we receive aggregated information.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit statistics — anonymised only.
Legal basis for processing
Data is processed on the basis of your consent (filling in forms), performance of a contract (donations) or legitimate interests (statistics, security).
How long we keep it
We keep contact form data for 2 years. Donation data — in accordance with legal requirements (a minimum of 10 years). Statistics — for 26 months in anonymised form.
Your rights
- Access — request what data we hold about you
- Rectification — if the data is inaccurate
- Erasure — if consent is withdrawn or the purpose has been fulfilled
- Objection — to the way data is processed
- Complaint to the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv)
